This a fantastic cafe right on the beach front, next to the boat club. Serves delicious, ethically sourced and local (where possible) food. It is also open in the evening, when you can get fabulous sharing platters and fine wine - lovely spot on a Summer's evening, where you can sit outside and watch the boats out on the Forth as the sun goes down!

On the High Street and just a short walk from the promenade, The Skylark is spread across what was formerly two separate shops, and its quirky layout works well with its many identities. Is it a coffee shop? Is it a bistro? Is it a bar? The truth is, it's a bit of everything.
By day, there's a great selection of breakfast and lunch options, from morning rolls to light salads and croque madames, which fit in well with the rustic French decor. When the sun goes down the candles come out, along with a sophisticated evening menu that'll leave you spoiled for choice. It's child friendly too, until 10pm!
