Maedaya had extensive Japanese sake and beer list! I recommend the special drink- sparkling plum wine, it was not strong, sweet with lots of bubbles and perfect for summer time! The ordering system was quick and simply using the iPad. There mainly small dishes included sushi, appetizers, izakaya skewers, rice and noodle dishes, desserts...lots of to choose, and they came with small potions so you should order more than usual.

Fine Japanese dining experience. Minamishima opened in 2014 by Chef Koichi Minamishima who holds 25 years of experience in the art of sushi under his belt. Fresh produce is sourced daily from boutique farmers and visits to the markets as well as imported from Tokyo’s Tsukiji Market. Each key ingredient is complemented with seasoning or sauce that brings out the best of it’s flavour. Hot tip: request to sit at the bar, you can watch everything get made and served instantly to you. You need to book in advance.

Drinks & Nightlife

Epic selection of beers, and great spot to relax and try the specials on tap. Nice atmosphere and not too beer-nerd pretentious, can just chill with a good beer and relax in peace

If you're after something different to a regular pub this is a nice option. Plenty of different types of beer on tap.

Entertainment & Activities

Since it was built in 1853, the MCG has been in a state of almost constant renewal. It served as the centrepiece stadium of the 1956 Summer Olympics, the 2006 Commonwealth Games and two Cricket World Cups: 1992 and 2015. It is also famous for its role in the development of international cricket; it was the venue for both the first Test match and the first One Day International, played between Australia and England in 1877 and 1971 respectively. The annual Boxing Day Test is one of the MCG's most popular events. Referred to as "the spiritual home of Australian rules football", it hosts AFL matches in the winter, with at least one game (though usually more) held there each round.
