Easy switch back hike at Dillingham Air Field 15 min. away. Park at control tower on air field, hike directly across road and is marked. Approx. 25 min up to picnic table and 20 min down. If want to go further, continue on from picnic table to Makua Valley view at top another 30 min shade hike, on hunter road steep incline. Amazing views

2390 Okoa St5 mile ridge trail most amazing on island. Lush great, views from diamond head to barber's point.....epic. Hike has many steps, easy hike ending in the clouds, just breathtaking!!!

Find a kayak reantal and paddle out to sand bar for most amazing experience of your life....aqua everywhere, bring food water and camera. If military, they can rent pontune boat to get out there. Some weekends in summer can have drunk parties which you want to avoid. Check this out online

Loop trial in woods, top of Pupukea Rd, pass Boy Scout Camp, walk mile till eucalyptus grove on left and sign. Eucalyptus grove has an incredible scent. Trial curls down into forest floor, cross a creek, once back on dirt road go right to return to car. Check google before going, so you don't get lost.
