The Casino is open and has slot machines and Card tables. It is a smaller Casino, so its never too busy. Its close to the Horse Race Track, so if you get bored you can change the scene.

The Horse Race Track has a variety of people there. They hold fancy events where people dress up in hats and dresses and they have the daily gambling inside where you can gamble on anything worldwide. It is quite the scene.

You can walk for hours. There is even a tree fort past a pedestrian bridge with amazing views of the mountains.
Within a 5 minute walk from my house. There is an outdoor summer pool with cafeteria, dog park, lots of green space to play, a LARGE dock and small local beach. You have to do the 5 minute walk, just to see it.

Catch the bus across the street and take it to the last stop. Now, you are at a local spot to walk through nature. Even has a free suspension bridge. Gorgeous

I recommend renting a bike and biking around the seawall for the 12km. You can also follow the seawall all around Vancouver. A great way to get some exercise and see Vancouver. We are a biking city! Amazing views. And the seawall has no cars.

You are surrounded by mountains and water all within a 20 minute drive. Well worth the visit. Can hike "Quarry hill" which has an amazing view. You have to get a honey donut at Honey donuts - worth the calories - and each of the many calories.

Watch out for the rats!! And the spiders - this place loves nature... Amazing place with terrific beer. Local, family run place. Definitely worth the trip. No signs outside, have to know where to go.

The beer is delicious - my favorite is the stout milk beer. There is an indoor food truck - with good food. Big long tables, so you have to share. Excellent patio too.
