Amazing authentic Mexican food. Not trendy, just a casual spot to get your enchilada on! You'll find a lot of Mexican families dining, which is always a good sign. If you like chilaquiles, I definitely recommend trying theirs with green sauce. I like mine with eggs and cecina (salted beef).

Distance makes this spot pretty unbeatable. Whenever I crave a simple comfort meal, I turn to their grilled cheese and tomato soup. It's to die for. Everything here is fresh and delicious. BT's egg sandwiches and smoothies are all you need to start your day!

Win Son is awesome. With its delicious Taiwanese-American fare and eclectic polished interior, this restaurant brings some much needed diversity to the area. Equally perfect for a casual date night or a much needed post-partying pick-me-up brunch. They have a few vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options.

Featherweight is a small speakeasy tucked away to the side of Sweet Science. You can spot it by the red lit framed picture of a feather on its door. Great music, friendly bar tenders and delicious cocktails. My favorite is the Tom Collins with vodka, no simple syrup but they also make a mean Old Fashioned. Just remember to bring cash as this place is CASH ONLY.
