Il semble que Vito entretient une histoire d’amour avec le café et qu’il était destiné à devenir barista. En effet, il a grandi à côté d’un café dans le quartier Mile-End. Son père et son frère ont également été baristas. Pendant plus de 20 ans, Vito a développé ses habiletés de barista en préparant et en servant le café aux clients dans le Mile-End. Durant toutes ces années, Vito a remporté de nombreux prix et distinctions. Maintenant, c’est avec sa famille que Vito gère le Café Vito dans le quartier Villeray.
Vito connaît ses clients par leur nom et sait comment chacun aime son café. Chaque visite est unique et le client sent qu’il est important.
