I recommend taking the metro to Santa Monica, exploring the Santa Monica Promenade, Santa Monica Pier and then walking south on the beach till you get to Venice Beach and then head up to the Boardwalk starting on Rose Avenue and walk to Washington Boulevard. Stop for food along the way.

Take a break in the Biltmore lobby (8 min) or have a drink at the Perch (4 min). Explore LA Library and/or Last Bookstore. Lyft to LA Live for dinner and night life (appr $6.00). Lyft home (appr. $10).
