This amazingly designed hotel is on the hill behind us. You can wiggle your way through the back route or had for the junction at can Tuxedo and go the casinos. There are limited spaces for non hotel guests so book in advance. Dinner is €80 and includes a set menu, you just choose whether you want meat or fish or vegetarian. Most of the food is farmed fro the land except some protein and it is cooked in an outdoor wood fired oven. The setting is magical and really private and the tables are communal. The bar is very cool as it is set int o a carob tree. Kids on saturdays only. Yoga for members. Membership is 90 euros a month but you can join for one month.
