A 1920's prohibition bar hidden beneath a pie shop in the middle of downtown Denver. Ask your host how to find it! In style, the spot is dark and jazzy, serving mainly classic gin and bourbon drinks (and pie!), and "prohibiting" cell phone usage unless in their "phone box"

Please do not drive this road with a rental/inexperienced in mountain driving, otherwise: by far one of the best views in the state. This one lane road takes you up to Arapahoe Basin- a "locals" ski resort by crossing over the Continental Divide. Be kind and pick up a hitchhiker once you get to the pass! It is very popular backcountry ski area.

Entertainment & Activities

One of the closer ski resorts, about an hour and a half drive into the town of Breck. The mountain has terrain for every level, great restaurants, and an exciting nightlife; and I lived there for a year, so ask for locals secrets!
