Four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, entrance hall, utility room and three terraces with sea views. When we open the main door, we can observe the sea, the whole gulf of Roses and a large part of the plains of Empordà. The entrance to the apartment is through the main terrace. The entrance hall distributes housing in two parts, one more noble and the other more functional.In this noble part, we will find a large living room and dining room with two large windows overlooking the sea and access to a covered terrace with fantastic views of the beach of Sant Martí d'Empúries and all the notch of the littoral. But also a master bedroom, huge, the most elegant room, with a large bathroom "en suite" and a third terrace, private to it. The functional part of this penthouse is where there are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Bonito y acogedor apartamento frente al mar. Estamos en el piso 9° de una finca de nueve plantas. Esta en una zona peatonal muy tranquila llamada " la isla " Hay aparcamientos cerca de la vivienda,supermercados,bares,restaurante, gasolinera... En 5 minutos caminando estas en la playa.Y en 7 - 8 en la estacion de tren.En poco mas de 30 min estas en el centro de Barcelona y un poco mas en el aeropuerto.
