We are not within walking distance of downtown, but we very close to bus routes and the Galloping Goose Trail. This is a SMALL space, only 230 sq. ft. ...think tiny home. Easy access from highway 17, approximately 25-30 minute drive from airport and ferries. Downtown Victoria is an easy 15 minute drive and public transportation is within walking distance from the house. The home is quiet with a large backyard for the use of the guests staying in the suite.

Welcome to the Saanich core, centrally located with easy access to all areas of Victoria. It's just 3km to downtown and a short 10 to 15-minute walk to either Tillicum mall, Uptown mall or the Switch Bridge where the Galloping Goose meets Lochside trail. There are many amazing restaurants, shops, parks, sports centers, trails in this neighborhood to keep you occupied. If you're traveling up island or to the ferry/airport, the location is ideal and bypasses a lot of city traffic!
