Chalet La Balma

Lo Chalet la Balma è situato ai piedi del Monte Rosa. Fu costruito nel 1964 a Isella, una piccola frazione di Macugnaga, un paesino Walser. Composto da una struttura portante in muratura e un concasso in legno risalente al 1773 proveniente dalla Val Quarazza che si trova a soli 20 minuti dall'abitazione. Si tratta di una baita esclusiva, indipendente, con giardino privato, area barbecue, parco giochi , riscaldamento autonomo a compensazione dì CO2 e camino a pellet canalizzato in ogni camera.

"La chiocciolina" Baita in legno e pietra

"La Chiocciolina" è una graziosa e confortevole baita per 2+1 persone, accuratamente ristrutturata e composta da: camera da letto con bagno en suite, soggiorno con cucina a vista e soppalco con divano letto e vista montagna. L'intera struttura, di cui la baita ne é una porzione, risale ai primi dell'800 ed ospitava i minatori che lavoravano nelle vicine miniere aurifere. La nostra casa, la natura e i luoghi tipici vi lasceranno dei bellissimi ricordi della vostra vacanza in Valle Antrona.

Le Cabanon du Pont St-Charles se trouve sur les hauteurs du village de Bourg-St-Pierre, niché face au magnifique jardin alpin de La Linnaea. Notre cabanon ainsi que sa terrasse sont construits avec du matériel noble comme le mélèze et sapin. Un fourneau à bois pour les moments douillets. Un espace vert d'environ 350 m2 pour se relaxer, détendre, boire le thé, l'apéro ou grillades...

Perché en bordure de forêt, ce chalet enchanteur vous offre une parenthèse hors du temps. Face à une vue surprenante, où montagnes et vallées s’entrelacent, on se laisse bercer par le murmure apaisant du torrent qui s’écoule à quelques pas. Son eau fraîche canalisée pour le chalet, ajoute une touche de pureté à ce lieu de ressourcement, tandis que des panneaux solaires discrets s’intègrent harmonieusement, respectant l’environnement naturel. Ici, la nature règne en maîtresse absolue.
