Our mid- lake location puts you close to it all - Toledo Town & Tackle, Cypress Bend Golf Course & all of the major fishing tournaments. View of United Bay & have access to private boat launch. A cove comes around to the back of the property to a lighted dock w/ electricity to charge boats & indoor lighted garage all protected by outdoor cameras. 2 livingrooms, fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, 3 tvs (direct tv) wi-fi, washer/dryer, both front & back porch makes it perfect .

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place . The property sits roughly on 50 acres . It has a big back porch to sit out on with a beautiful view . You are surrounded by nature . At night time you can see deer grazing. We have an above 18’ round pool with spectacular views of the pasture. We are about 30 minutes away from Toledo Bend Lake. Kisatchie National forest is about 30 minutes away. Hiking trails & swimming. This house has one king bed one queen bed and four twin beds.

This unique A frame cabin is nestled on the lakefront- northern part of Toledo Bend, surrounded by mature trees that creates breathtaking landscape. From the patio, you are able to watch eagles landing and souring through beautiful sunsets. Cabin has been updated with new A/C, new flooring and furniture. Come relax at this quiet, clean cabin with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a loft overlooking a beautiful view of Toledo Lake. Due to nature surrounding, internet is average speed.

Modern home in the country with 1.4 acre lot!

My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, corn hole, and oversized Jenga in a private setting. Vernon lake boat ramp is less than 5 miles! If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.
