Apartamentul este situat la parterul unui bloc cu un singur etaj, are curte privată cu acces doar pentru oaspeți, și se bucură de razele soarelui în prima parte a zilei, când micul dejun sau prânzul servit afară pe terasă vă vor oferi momente memorabile. Are toate dotările strict necesare și este răcoros (nu e nevoie de aer condiționat). Locurile de parcare din apropiere sunt la liber. Animalele de companie sunt acceptate.
