Beautiful ranch style guest cottage in tree-lined Arden Park neighborhood. Great location close to freeway, shopping, Sac State and 10 minutes to Downtown Sacramento. Nice outdoor areas, a shared pool (not heated) for guests to use June-September. Hot tub NOT for guest use. NOTE: Street parking. Only ONE car allowed We hope you choose to stay with us. There is a washer and dryer located inside your guesthouse. Perfect for business or a quick get away for a family of 3. Self check-in provided.

Our guesthouse is nestled in the back of our home in beautiful Land Park, one of the finest neighborhoods in Sacramento. It's a quiet place of well-being where you can relax & enjoy the tranquil backyard garden. In light of COVID-19 we are taking extra precautions to sterilize all surfaces prior to each visit.
