Trin ist idyllisch und ruhig und doch extrem nah am Ski-/Wander-/Bike- und Klettergebiet an Bergseen und Welterbe (7 min nach Flims, 10 min nach Laax). Zum Hauptort Chur sind es 15 min.

Das Stöckli ist eine grosse Wohnung auf einem schönen Bauernhof im Safiental GR auf der Sonnenterrase Tenna. Sie ist gemütlich eingerichtet und eignet sich für Familien sowie auch für Paare und Gruppen. Der Specksteinofen im Wohnzimmer wird von allen geliebt. Die Aussicht von der grossen Terrasse ist einzigartig. Direkt vor der Haustüre können Sie ihre Wanderschuhe, Skitourenskis oder Schneeschuhe anziehen und loslaufen. Es besteht die Möglichkeit eine Sauna mit Ruheraum für 40.00Fr. zu nutzen

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Walkers Cottage, Home away from Home

This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Circondata da sentieri escursionistici e piste ciclabili,ad un'altezza di 700m,con una vista mozzafiato verso Sud-Est e' il luogo di partenza ideale per scoprire la Val Chiavenna o semplicemente per rilassarsi circondati dal silenzio della natura che in questi posti fa da sovrana.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
