Modern apartment in St. Hanshaugen/Adamstuen with classical Scandinavian details. The location is very central and close to Bislett Stadium, Bogstadveien, and two parks just minutes away. However, the neighbourhood is quiet with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. The tram is just a couple minute walk from the apartment, which will take you anywhere in Oslo. The apartment has a balcony where you can enjoy the sun in the afternoon and evening, and a spacious living room with a classic fireplace.

Under ett minutt gange til dagligvarebutikker, samt 5 minutter til flotte turstier langs Akerselva. Tross sine 18 kvadratmeter har denne leiligheten en perfekt planløsning med god plass til TV, seng(/sofa), spisebord, kjøkken og bad. Leiligheten har for tiden en nedsatt pris da den per nå har følgende mangler: -Løs kjøkkenkran -Toalett virker, men må ofte trykke flere ganger

Det er tilgjengelig kabel-tv og bredbånd, kjøkken med integrerte hvitevarer og soverom med dobbeltseng. I umiddelbar nærhet finner du Storo Storsenter, omfattende kollektivtilbud, butikker og spisesteder.

Sun all day balcony, Modern 1-bedroom

This apartment is perfectly placed in between two lovely parks: Torshovdalen + Torshovparken. It is a beautiful building from 1920 and the apartment has been renovated recently. The subway is a 5 min walk and the bus to the center is on the doorstep. Grünerløkka is a short 15 min walk away. There are four sand volleyball courts 500m away. Latest check in time is 22:30 500NOK fee if it is later. Cleaning costs in Oslo are 1200NOK for two hours. I have put 500NOK so we share the cost.

The tram stop (trams 11, 12 and 18) is right in front of the building door and takes you to Oslo S in 20 minutes. Akerselva (the main river through Oslo) with a little waterfall is a short 2 min walk from the apartment. A heartwarming home for any traveler.
