5 rooms Swiss wooden Chalet in Laax

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Chalet Balu

Das Heimelige Chalet ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern oder auch nur um zu zweit die Ruhe zu geniessen. Im Chalet befindet sich ein Doppelbett und im Dachstock ein Massenschlag aus Matratzen. Man hat eine gigantische Aussicht in die Ruinaulta, den Flimserstein, Calanda und viele verschiedene Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Ganz speziell im Chalet Balu ist die Wohlfühloase mit Sauna. Wer lust hat zu grillieren kann bei uns Hofeigene Bio-Rindfeisch Produkte beziehen und andere regionale Produkte.

Ferienhaus im Grünen

Das einmalige, nach Süden ausgerichtete 4.5 Zimmer Ferienhaus. liegt auf einer Alp, 820 m.ü.M, unweit von den Ortschaften Sagogn, Flims und Laax entfernt. Aufgrund seiner einzigartigen und abgeschiedenen Lage geniesst man hier absolute Ruhe, Erholung und Natur pur. In den frühen Morgenstunden kann man vom Grundstück aus Gämse, Rehe und andere Wildtiere beobachten. Direkt unterhalb des Hauses (ca. 200m) fliesst der Rhein durch die imposante Rheinschlucht. Der Golfplatz ist auch nicht weit.

"Rifugio" Loft im alpine chic, ski in, ski out

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Panorama Haus in Laax

Neu renoviertes Haus direkt am Waldrand, an wunderschöner Lage in Laax. Das Haus bietet 3 Schlafzimmer für 2-5 (max.6) Personen, eine moderne Küche und ein Wohnzimmer mit traumhafter Aussicht auf die Bündner Berge. Der Sportbus ist nur 20m vom Haus entfernt und in 7min erreicht man die Talstation Laax Murschetg - Ausgangspunkt für Skiabenteuer, Biketouren oder Wanderungen. Das Haus hat 2 Sonnenterrassen und einen Balkon, damit man Morgensonne und Sonnenuntergang geniessen kann.

Das Studio mit Balkon ist perfekt für 2 - 3 Personen geeignet und bietet mit einem großen Schlaf- und Wohnraum genügend Platz für eine schöne Urlaubswoche. Das Studio zeichnet sich zudem durch sein zentrale Lage in Laax Dorf aus mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Skibushaltestelle zur Bergbahn (Laax Murschetg) ist direkt vor dem Haus. Man benötigt mit dem kostenlosen Skibus lediglich 5 Minuten bis zur Talstation. Einfacher geht es nicht!
