We are within walking distance to Reid Park for golfing or a visit to the Zoo. Even though we are midtown with easy access to many areas of town, you will find it surprisingly quiet.

Our Sonoran row house is over 100 years old in Dunbar Spring near Stone Ave/6th St. Walk 15 minutes to North 4th Ave, Rialto, or Hotel Congress. The apartment is very close to the Tucson Amtrak and downtown Flixbus locations. This is one apartment in a duplex with a private side yard for your use. Dunbar is known for rain gardens, native plants, wildlife, and public art. You should expect some noise from railroad crossings on the south side of the neighborhood and possibly music from downtown.
