Serene Studio is just that- a quiet, peaceful, private space to lay your head after exploring St. Augustine. Our 500 sq. foot studio cottage is detached from the main house, where we live. It's set in a residential neighborhood that runs along the Intracoastal Waterway (which makes for gorgeous morning or evening strolls). We're a 10 minute car ride (without traffic!!) to the historic downtown or St. Augustine Beach. Serene Studio is the best of both worlds without the noise, hustle and bustle!

Winter Hawk Hideout

15 minutes from ol' St Augui. Located in the heart of this typical Florida woods and nested by oaks that saw the Seminole War as we are walking distance from Ft Peyton and 2 miles away from where Osceola was captured. The house sits on half acre of gardens and the decor is ranch, asian and whimsical .The goal is for you to feel transported away for a while. I do have 2 very small, well behaved and quiet dogs and one never seen cat. They do not have access to your quarters or are allowed in.

(Some restrictions apply, advance notice required!) Base rate covers up to 4 guests and there's a small upcharge for 5 or more. Motorcycle friendly! We also do live on the property!

Opt for the secluded Crescent Beach to the East or the Atlantic Intracoastal H2Oway to the West, a perfect spot to drop-in a H2O craft or sea a spectacular sunset via the Green Street boat ramp. Upon booking the H2O Weekender a 5.0% Tourist Development Tax will be collected in addition to your booking rate imposed by St. Johns County.

Easy Peasy Accommodations. Perfect for a couple or solo traveler. 1st floor studio apartment with everything you need. 2 Blocks from beach access. Easy to find right on A1A. Please note: A1A is a moderately busy two-lane roadway which you can hear the cars go by. Property is a Triplex with the two other units also being rented as Airbnbs. This listing is for the first floor and you may hear movement related noise of upstairs neighbors. Access and parking is separate from other units.
