An airy duplex with high ceilings and lots of windows onto the Harris Neck National Wildlife Refuge. See the native waterfowl, or the hundreds of migrating birds of the Eastern Flyway. Ten minutes from I-95, Exit 67. Only yards to the public saltwater ramp, with access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the islands . Private bedroom, Queen size bed, big common room with fold out sofa, kitchenette. Screened in back porch. The Georgia coast is one of the most pristine natural areas on earth.

Island Retreat: Quiet and convenient.

This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. The room has a small private bath with shower with rain head, a full closet, coffee maker and fridge, vanity table. Mark, co-host, is a retired local guide who can provide information if needed. Write or read a book, fish, watch birds, lay in a hammock or do some crabbing. Dine and visit historical and recreational areas. Steps lead down and up a private entry door of the cottage.
