Walk to wineries from an atmospheric old stone house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Enjoy a house featuring a tasteful blend of original details and modern architectural features. Wake up to rooftop views, then take a sunny stroll to the picturesque 11th-century church and medieval castle, or venture further to walk the tracks amongst the vineyards. PLEASE NOTE: The property is not to be used for parties. Neighbours have been instructed notify local authorities if they experience loud noise or disruption to this quiet pocket of the village. An exclusive house in the very heart of one of France most famous wine village. All the comfort of a stylish contemporary home with the charm of an old village house. Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. We recommend having your own vehicle (car, motorcycle or bicycle) to take full advantage of the place and its surroundings Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic Provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. Si vous aimez les grands espaces, la tranquillité, la nature et les vieilles pierres, nous serons heureux de vous accueillir dans notre gîte simple, tout confort et authentique. Proche des plus beaux sites de Provence, c’est d’ici que vous pourrez faire vos plus jolies visites et déguster d’excellents vins. Le gîte de 100 m2 est situé dans un mas de caractère au sein d’un parc de 3500 m2 arbore . Vous pourrez ainsi profiter de sieste ou de longs apéros sous un magnifique micocoulier centenaire.

Maison individuelle, située en campagne sur notre propriété aborée, prés de notre mas provençal, où vous pourrez vous ressourcer au plus proche de la nature dans un cadre de verdure . Vous pouvez séjourner en toute autonomie, mais aussi profiter de notre région riche d'histoire, de son terroir et d'activités plein air (vélo,canoë,équitation,randonnée..). La piscine vous est réservée le long de votre séjour de 9h à 20h30. Elle est traité au sel,elle n'est pas chauffée. Le village se situe à 2km.

Le mazet authentique à Uzès idéal pour couple

Succombez au charme d'antan de cet authentique "mazet" occitan niché dans un écrin de verdure provençale. Le chant des cigales résonne entre ses pierres et poutres apparentes, dans une palette de tons bruts, rehaussés de touches bleu lavande. Idéalement situé à 10 mn à pied de la place aux herbes. Entièrement rénové, il allie originalité et confort : rez-de-jardin, il dispose d'une cuisine équipée, et d'une salle d'eau. A l'étage, une chambre accueillante climatisée pour des nuits sereines.

The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

It's a great place for walking, biking and hiking and ideally situated for sightseeing.
