Little Chancery occupies a quiet spot at a breezy location near the ocean. You'll escape the tourist crowd here, although it's just a short trip by car or bus to shops, restaurants and nightlife. There's also a small local supermarket 10 minutes walk from the house. It takes six minutes to walk to Long Beach. It really is long (one mile) and great for walks.
