The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

The Annexe

Perfectly located in a quiet residential street in the centre of the seaside village of Bembridge on the Isle of Wight. This charming, self contained annexe is cosy and finished to a high standard. It consists of a bedroom and small wet room, with its own private entrance. Enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the private terrace with views over the garden. The beach, village shops, cafes and restaurants are within a few mins walk. Host lives in the main house with a small friendly dog.

Little Puffin is a comfortable self-contained en-suite double bedroom. It has off-road parking, wifi and a power shower. It is located centrally in Bembridge, with ready access to a whole variety of coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and village stores. Numerous beaches are on the doorstep, with options of sea-swimming, water sports and fantastic walks. Bembridge, with its harbour, iconic life-boat station and windmill, provides a beautiful base from which to explore all the island has to offer.

Please note that guests need to be able to manage stairs as there is one room on each of the 7 levels of the property each connected by a flight of stairs.

The Cabin at Howe Lodge

A lovely garden cabin with vintage details. It's very comfortable, quiet, with sea views nearby. It's a short walk to the beach and coastal path. The village, pubs and restaurants are also within walking distance. The cabin is in the garden of the main home, but very private. There is a toilet and a wash basin within the cabin. The heated shower is outdoors with sea views! We offer a simple and tasty complimentary breakfast served in your cabin or on our deck (weather permitting).

Drayton Upstairs - in a country village by the sea

The apartment is uniquely positioned between the historic Village Green and the sea at Bembridge Marina. It consists of a fully refurbished Victorian one bedroom apartment, with one double bedroom, spacious living room including small-double sofa bed, fitted kitchen and bathroom. It is light and airy and the kitchen has full-size windows which open onto a view over the Downs to the sea (almost a balcony). Cycles, buggies etc can be safely stored in the hall.
