Grand historic manor house

Built in 1885, the Peters house is one of the finest examples of Victorian Italianate architecture in Uptown Saint John. This stately historical gem is a treasure trove of character and long-lost craftsmanship, for lovers of history and design. From the untouched original intricate woodwork and grand staircase with elaborate archway, to the corbels and cornicing, marble fire places and 14’ ceilings, this manor house is a show stopper. Ideal for families, small groups, couples or work stays.

This updated unique unit, is located on the third floor of a multi-unit historic building (no elevator). Queen-size bed, full kitchen, bathroom, a private small patio for some fresh air anytime of the year. Portable air conditioner May to October. 5-12 minute walking distance to cafes, restaurants, pubs, galleries, shops, the boardwalk, bus stops, TD Station, & Imperial Theatre. Driving: 8 min to the ferry, 8 min to the Regional Hospital, 16 min to the airport (YSJ), 3 min to the highway.

Newly renovated unit in west Saint John, walking distance to Bayshore Beach and Martello Tower with a view of the Bay of Fundy. Minutes from the Digby-Saint John ferry terminal, Irving Nature Park, and downtown, with several restaurants, pubs boutique shops and the historic City Market. Features electric fireplace, live-edge dining table and breakfast bar, treadmill and light gym equipment, and heated bathroom floor. The unit is steps away from a walking trail along Bay Shore.

Cozy, tranquil bungalow is perfect as a home away from home. Minutes away from Saint John with all the benefits of living on the east side. Shopping, abundant dining options, entertainment, the Irving Refinery, up-town and Little River Reservoir are all just minutes away. Take a leisurely walk up the street to overlook beautiful nature views or sit out on the back deck surrounded by blue skies and tall trees to sip on your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

You’ll be charmed by this adorable place to stay. Large living room has a 60” TV with cable TV., Internet, weights and elliptical machine for working out! Has a kitchenette with sink, mini bar and stools, toaster oven, kettle, hot plate and microwave. Enjoy the swimming pool, and canopied loungers! (Seasonal, June to September. ) Gel pillow top mattress, and gel memory foam pillows guarantee a relaxing rest! (No parties allowed. Quiet at 11pm.)

Please be aware, there is one flight of stairs to this unit.
