Carriage House in Historic Town

Our 1830s converted carriage house is in the historic district of Canajoharie ('the pot that washes itself' in Mohawk). It is 3 biking minutes from the Erie Canal Trailway, 3 driving min. from I-90, & walking distance to restaurants, the famous Arkell Museum, waterfalls, swim holes, & hiking. The two story guesthouse is welcoming, well equipped (no TV), has AC, 1 queen size bed, 1 queen sofabed, is near Royal Ski Mount. (20 min), Glimmerglass (29 min) Copperstown (38 min), & Albany (50 min).

Park Place

Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Upstate NY! Located on a scenic park in the heart of Little Falls, you'll be a short 5 minute walk from restaurants and groceries. Park Place offers spacious bedrooms and living spaces. It is close to outdoor adventures, such as rock climbing and trails which follow the historic Erie Canal. Nearby, you can marvel at landmarks such as Herkimer Home and Lock 17. Further away, you can hike and ski the Adirondacks or visit the Baseball Hall of Fame.

Three bedrooms, each with plush beds & soft sheets. Two full baths equipped with the essentials. The real highlight is the breathtaking view. Step out onto the private floating porch and take in the panoramic vistas of the surrounding mountains and lush valley. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or unwind with a glass of wine.

Historical Erie Canal Bike Path/ Vacation Home 1

The home is on the historical list. It is over 130 years old with beautiful hardwood floors throughout. It has character and charm. It is completely renovated with cable tv, and wifi. The attic is finished and has a double bed and single bed as well. The home is not childproof for toddlers. My home is 26 miles from Cooperstown, Ommengang Brewery and within one mile from the NY thruway. Lovely antique shops in town with places to eat in walking distance. No smoking inside. No pets.

The Homestead

Welcome to The Homestead in Little Falls, NY located just minutes off the NYS Thruway. The Homestead was built in the 1910"s . As you enter the home you will see the stairs to the second floor where the two bedrooms are located . To the right of the entryway is the living room to the left is the dining room, The kitchen is right off from the dining room fully furnished with everything you will need for cooking. The bathroom is just off from the dining room. A cozy little home to stay.

Beautiful Adirondack setting with lake views and use of your own private dock (Seasonal) with breathtaking sunset views just a short walk away. We provide comfortable, Adirondack-themed comforters, pillows, bath towels, and cozy blankets. We also provide pillowcases and sheets. . Also, equipped with a stand-by generator incase Mother Nature does not cooperate! It is a year- round cottage located just 4 miles from Royal Mountain Ski Lodge. Just a short walk to Caroga Lake Arts Collective !

All Aboard! Riverfront FJ&G Caboose

Located on our Mohawk Riverfront Property this beautifully renovated historic caboose was originally a D&H (Delaware Hudson) transfer caboose. Later sold to service the FJ&G Fonda, Johnstown & Gloversville area in upstate NY. Includes a full kitchen, full bath and loft area with a double bed. First floor has a queen pull out sofa bed. Smart TV and internet included as well as local channels. Well behaved pets allowed.
