Park Street Place (PSP) is located on a quiet street in the village of Sharon Springs. Enjoy exceptional restaurants, little shops, and historical sites, all within walking distance or a quick, little ride. PSP is newly renovated and fully modernized, yet retains the charm of its 1860s heritage. Sharon Springs is a village with lots of character (and lots of characters), a nice retreat within easy access to other upstate points of interest including Cooperstown and historic Schoharie County.

See wild flowers, attracting hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer from your deck. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck , a stroll on the private walking trail; or a beverage stargazing by the fire pit. For the adventurer, both the Adirondacks and many famous Herkimer Diamond mines are only a short drive away!

Chez Coco - A shabby chic, bohemian flat.

A shabby chic, bohemian flat put together with a Paris apartment in mind. You have an entire two bedroom apartment to yourself. The flat is right in the middle of the City within walking distance to all (i.e. restaurants, bars, bakery and shopping). Both brand new mattresses are dressed in new super soft sheets and have extra pillows for comfort. The bathroom is stocked with new Egyptian cotton wash and towel sets. The kitchen has the essentials to make meals on the premises during your stay.

Indoor Heated Pool in the Adirondacks

Year round indoor pool house that is 2000 square feet located in the lower adirondacks. There are several outdoor activities to do in the area...fishing, boating, hiking, kayaking, snowmobiling,cross country skiing & restaurants. Spend the day exploring and then come back to relax in the warmth of your very own private pool, sit by a fire on the patio or start the grill.

A charming, 20’ yurt in the woods on our small, off-the-grid goat farm! If you are looking to get away from it all (and still be close to SO much) - this is the place for you! Enjoy a nap in the hammock, s’mores around a campfire, a great night’s sleep under the stars, a country breakfast delivered to your door - and goats! Take a walk in the woods...enjoy the unique landscaping...try goat yoga! Or, experience some of the area’s AMAZING food, beverages, shopping, and attractions!

Little Moose Lodge

Our Moose Lodge is a four season rustic cabin (tiny house) located on our Mohawk River waterfront property. This cozy warm cabin was built using on site and local timber as well as reclaimed lumber. Includes full kitchen, full bath and loft with two full beds. First floor has a small couch that can be pulled out to accommodate more guests if needed. Smart TV sits above the large gas fireplace. Internet included as well as local channels. Feel free to use the BBQ grill.

Bear Cabin at Camp Garoga Superior Quality HOT TUB

**This cabin is a 2 guest maximum! If you have more than 2 guests in the cabin you will ALL be sent home and lose your entire rental fee. People have unfortunately found out the hard way. Camp Garoga offers high quality accommodations year round for guests. Located in the foothills of the southern Adirondacks and bordering 400+ acres, Garoga(Bear or Moose Cabin) offers so much more of an experience than a hotel could ever offer!
