An ideal base to explore the Lizard peninsula with its pretty harbour villages, beautiful countryside, a delightful local village pub, other eating places and good access to numerous visitor attractions.

Rocky Waters is both a seaside holiday home and a tranquil treehouse retreat. Extremely luxurious, spacious, architect designed waterside home with large, enclosed & private gardens on all sides. The elevated position & huge windows flood the house with light and offer panoramic views of the creek, village & valley. Multiple seating areas outside and in, handmade chef's kitchen, log burner, designer furnishings & underfloor heating. Small well behaved dogs accommodated, please ask. WiFi 70 mbps.

Dragon Cabin

A uniquely designed cabin situated on the grounds of the Trelowarren Estate, within an ‘area of outstanding natural beauty’ on the Lizard peninsula, Cornwall. Built using trees grown only half a mile away from where the cabin is situated, it's located in a picturesque corner in a quiet field. This is the perfect place to unwind with no interruptions aside from bird song. A short walk leads you to the amenities of Trelowarren including a heated outdoor pool for and the Flora Cafe & Bakery.

Beech Tree House, in St Martin village is within walking to the pub. Many beaches, coves & walks nearby. We designed/built our home and are ready to share it. 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms it's the perfect combo. The sitting room, dining & kitchen space is open plan, with entertainment room, utility and WC just off. The master bed is light and spacious & boasts country & distant sea views plus ensuite wet room. Bedrooms 3 & 4 share the family bathroom and bedroom 2 also has an ensuite shower room.

Located in Cornwall in a pretty hamlet with near the Helford River, Helford Snug is a small, stylish studio. It has an enclosed garden, private parking and is in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty near the tranquil Helford River and spectacular beaches such as Kynance Cove. There are many lovely walks nearby. We’re dog-friendly, a short stroll from a beautiful 17th-century pub & shop. We look forward to welcoming you to this hidden corner of Cornwall. Springmoor, a newly designed, spacious, hi spec annexe, was originally designed for my brother who suffered from MND. It is fully accessible. It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.

The Apple Loft is a beautifully converted cottage nestled within the peaceful grounds of Tremayne House. Thoughtfully designed with comfort and character in mind, it offers a welcoming retreat in one of Cornwall’s most enchanting locations. Set between the Helford River and Frenchman’s Creek, it offers a peaceful haven just minutes from Cornwall’s breathtaking coastline.

A stunningly situated 3 bedroom house, overlooking idyllic Polurrian Beach on the edge of the Lizard. The perfect spot for a magic Cornwall family holiday, the secluded comfy three bed house has incredible sea views and direct access to one of the Lizard's prettiest beaches. There's also a lovely garden and large private field to walk the dog. A short walk to the south-west coastal path, nearby surf spots and great food in Porthleven, there's something for everyone.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

Navas Nook, Dog Friendly Waterfront Cottage

Navas Nook is a beautifully renovated traditional cosy Cornish cottage, set in the heart of the Creekside village of Port Navas, surrounded by stunning countryside. Just feet from the Helford River and public slipway, you can enjoy views down to the boats and yacht club, whilst keeping an eye out for the wildlife on and in the water. Sit back, relax and soak up the sunshine in the garden or grab your paddle and power on out adventuring!

Longstone Barn is a superbly equipped luxury barn conversion set in glorious rural surroundings, with its own beautiful garden, 5 minutes’ drive from the seaside village of Coverack with a pretty harbour and a sandy beach at low tide. All of SW Cornwall and many cafes, pubs and restaurants all within easy reach. Babies up to 2yrs old are accepted at the barn and a cot with mattress, high chair, baby bath and changing mat can be provided.
