We’ve restored this side by side duplex and preserved many of the original features from the1920’s. Our inspiration was the muted tones and minimalist comfort of a Mojave dessert villa with vintage and modern wicker, rattan, bamboo and gold furniture, lighting, and fixtures. Close to unique restaurants, walking distance to downtown (1mile). Location is great just a 15 minute drive to where you need to go: US Bank Stadium; downtown Mpls; MSP airport; and MOA. Two bedrooms, a king and a queen; kitchenette and living room; a full bath with tub and hand shower. Built in 1910 it was home to the chauffeur and his wife.

A private deck reveals a beautiful tree-top view of residential St. Paul. We’re near several great shops and restaurants on the Grand Ave. shopping/eating district.

This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, ONE free parking spot out back. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet. (Dogs CAN NOT be left alone at Airbnb)
