PLEASE NOTE: The property is not to be used for parties. Neighbours have been instructed notify local authorities if they experience loud noise or disruption to this quiet pocket of the village. An exclusive house in the very heart of one of France most famous wine village. All the comfort of a stylish contemporary home with the charm of an old village house. Relax in a very private courtyard with a pool, 3 sun decks with partly shaded areas or entertain friends and family around the BBQ area. The interior features a spacious open plan ground floor with kitchen, dining and lounge. The first floor comprise a guests bedroom with queen size bed, a bathroom and toilet and a kids dorm sleeping 6. A foldable baby cot is also available in the house. On the second floor is a luxurious loft retreat with a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a shower and a bath, a separate toilet and a spacious private terrace overlooking the village and the valley with views of the Mont Ventoux. The house is decorated simply with vintage furniture and quirky pieces. The entire house and studio (depending on the number of guests). My family lives close by and is available to assist our guests with any issue. Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. From the sound of the church bells marking the hour to taking a stroll to the bakery for fresh croissants at breakfast time, soak up village life. We recommend having your own vehicle (car, motorcycle or bicycle) to take full advantage of the place and its surroundings Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a classic Provençal village where one of France's best wines is produced. Nous vous accueillons à "La Coustiero" dans notre merveilleux vieux village de Sauzet au pied de l église, qui vous offrira un panorama allant des 3 becs au mont ventoux. Ce logement paisible se compose d un lit queen size ainsi que canapé lit pour une personne ( ou 2 enfants ), d une belle salle de bain et d un espace salon cuisine. Proche de toutes commodités (boulangerie, boucherie, superette, tabac...) et a 10 mn de Montélimar. Vous pourrez également profiter de nombreuses randonnées.

In the heart of the beautiful medieval village of Grignan. At the foot of the castle, discover this warm house of the 17th century. Its interior of 60 m² really cozy in three levels, will offer you all the necessary comfort for your stay. Downstairs, a nice dining kitchen is equipped with a toilet. On the first level, a sitting area TV and reading, on the last level a nice bedroom with bed 160 and a beautiful bathroom. A magnificent stone staircase connects the different levels.
