Welcome to a thoughtfully designed private studio—efficient and exceptionally clean. If your priority is a comfortable king bed, a well-maintained space, and easy access to both downtown St. Petersburg and the beaches (about a 20-minute drive), this is a reliable choice. This is one of two private studios within a tiny house setup, ideal for solo travelers or couples. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor gazebo with seating, hammocks, greenery, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Our condo has spectacular water views from the Bay to the Beach. We have a large one of a kind kitchen that is unique to our resort, with granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets, and all stainless steel appliances. Everything you need to prepare a meal is provided along with basic spices and condiments, Coffee, creamer, and sugar. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and walk in closet with all beach gear also available for your use. We have 2 - 50" flat screen TV's with cable as well.

Located in the heart of historic Pass-a-Grille steps away from the Gulf beach. Live music, marine wildlife and beach combing abound! The colors of the sunsets don't even look real, but they are...they are amazing. PAG is mostly a quiet little historic town reminiscent of early Florida. For big savings, skip renting a car and just Uber from airport and use free ride or Uber to get around and Instacart to deliver groceries. It does get busy on weekends and holidays and parking can be tight.

You’ll have the Entire 500sq ft Cottage & private entry, deck/dock, all to yourself. Located on a 37-acre private ski lake. Key-pad entry, private parking. 1 king bed, 1 bath, queen sofa bed, washer/dryer, WiFi, smart TV’s, blackout curtains,shampoo,conditioner,hairdryer,WiFi. Fully stocked kitchen, smokeless grill, wine fridge upon request, k-cup/drip coffee machine. The lake has bass, we provide fishing poles/tackle box. Rentable Kayaks & Canoe. Dogs okay, sorry no cats, pet fee $50.

Enjoy an intimate and relaxing stay on the best stretch of the St. Pete Beach of Pass-a-Grille. Walk out your door to the white sand towards the famous Don Cesar or dine on your deck facing the water. Free parking, 2 bikes, SUP board, towels, umbrella, beach chairs, & cooler! We are allowed 3 rentals under 28 yearly. Please inquire to see if you are one of the lucky guests to come. The VA Hospital and Bay Pines Park are biking or walking distance. The closest beach is Madeira Beach 2 miles from the condo. All Utilities, Cable/Internet are included. Parking is free and close to the elevators. Plenty of parking spaces are available also.

Amenities include an Exercise Room, Free Wi-Fi (5G ), secured entrance/elevator, Beach Front Pool, Pavilion w/ Gas Grills & Hot Tub leading to your Private Beach. Max 4-person occupancy is strictly enforced. NO PETS are allowed on the Resort.
