Double bed in studio area and 1 single bed in separate room. 3 people max. ideal for couple or 2 friends travelling together. Pool and Cafe open in season. Beautiful apartment with open sky and magnificent Sunset view on the green hill of Cannes. With a glimpse towards the sea. Perfect for some peaceful mediterranean vacations. Ultra private and luxurious with a guardian, and a huge parc of olive trees and palm trees (rare in Antibes). It also has a swimming pool, a ping pong table and a tennis court. Enough visitor places are available to park inside the residence. High speed wifi, a washing machine, a kitchenette, and a spacious bathroom.

A very central and convenient location close to shops and restaurants, bright and airy rooms with high ceilings and vintage floors, spacious 30-sq meter terrace, and all the amenities including 2 bathrooms, washing machine, air conditioning, and dishwasher. Built in the 1930s, my place is ideal for couples, families, friends, and solo adventurers. Children and pets are welcome. A convenient jumping off spot to the Côte d'Azur.
