Situated at the end of a quiet Date Palm lined street and set on 830 SQM of mature enclosed gardens with extensive terraces, balconies and private pool. A large sitting room opens out on to the terraces around the pool with a range of sun beds, loungers and comfortable seating. The house is a 15 mins walk to Ponta Preta beach, 5 mins in a taxi to Santa Maria town and beach, or 7 mins in a taxi to Kite Beach.
