El departamento esta ubicado en un segundo piso arriba del Café Toscano donde podrás disfrutar de un gran desayuno incluido. En la azotea podrás disfrutar de una vista sensacional hacía las copas de los arboles. El departamento cuenta con cocina equipada, sala, comedor y baño. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

La zona es famosa entre corredores, ciclistas y treckers, que vienen a entrenar y disfrutar del bosque que se encuentra a 10 min caminando desde la propiedad.

Our loft, Xoxotic (green in Nahuatl), is located only a few blocks away from Condesa and Roma Norte, two of the “it” neighborhoods in the City, where you can find lovely cafés and bakeries, art galleries, indie boutiques, and some of the best restaurants in Latin America. The loft is on the second floor and there is no elevator, so you have to use stairs to get there.
