The Hideaway has total privacy, with your own entrance, full bathroom, kitchenette, and washer & dryer. Our neighborhood is close enough to downtown to enjoy walking to local restaurants, shops, Riverfront Park, and more. This studio apartment is the perfect get-away retreat for the outdoor enthusiast: 20 minutes to Silver Falls State Park, 2 miles from the quaint downtown Silverton, and well within driving distance of all the Willamette Valley has to offer. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private outdoor deck surrounded by beautiful trees and abundant wildlife. Our home is a safe space for all people. Enjoy a well appointed private guest suite on an operating Thoroughbred horse ranch bordering on the Cascade foothills close to both Silver Falls State Park and the Oregon Gardens. The tranquil setting affords plenty of opportunity to savor the views from your private deck. And while unsupervised schmoozing with the horses isn't allowed, if you'd like we'll be glad to introduce you to some of the herd. You can rub elbows with equine royalty - the offspring of two Kentucky Derby winners!

Welcome. Need a place for a night or two or week or more? This may be right for you. Your space is about 2/3 of the house. Separate entrance leads to a private bedroom and bath, living and dining rooms, and a shared kitchen. See photo #17. I welcome people from the LGBQT community as well as people from other cultures. The house is located in a quiet, well-established neighborhood. If you're in town for a wedding, workshop, training, or business, this may be the perfect place.

Air conditioned Guest Cottage at Vista Manor

Guest cottage located in South Salem on a large wooded lot. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Banks, Parks, Willamette University and Salem Hospital. The bedroom is upstairs king with a king size bed. The sofa bed that is a double, is on the first floor. When we enter into spring ants are out. If food is left out on counters and tables it will attract ants. I ask guests not to leave food out. Guests who have been conscientious have not had an issue.

Our neighborhood is a safe place to walk and explore and our property has security cameras to enhance your safety.

Clean, Private guest studio with kitchenette stocked with water & arrival snacks, tea & coffee. Studio has queen bed and 2 floor mattress. TV can be used to watch Netflix. Very close to down town, Willamette University, fair grounds & State buildings which is only one mile away. Parking in driveway closest to my back door neighbor is provided. Small side yard. Sorry, we are no longer accepting cats.
