Our neighborhood is close enough to downtown to enjoy walking to local restaurants, shops, Riverfront Park, and more. The I-5 freeway is a 5-minute drive from our home, making it easy to get to neighboring cities.

My family lived here from 2015-2022 when we decided to move to a bigger place. We rent our place exclusively on Airbnb and our retired parents have the space nextdoor. Deer are daily visitors, along with a variety of wild birds and many other friendly critters.
