Cozy, rustic, well-outfitted 2-story tiny home on a 3-acre family farm with a blacksmith shop. The fenced property is surrounded by trees and includes open fields with a vineyard, orchard, outbuildings, and gardens. It is four blocks from the main street in Falls City, and a river and waterfall are within walking distance. The hosts and their two children live 150’ from the tiny house. Guests who book our “Forge a Knife” Experience (Vonhelmick Knife Co) receive a 15% discount on their stay.

There is also patio with a table and chairs and propane grill where you can sit and enjoy the view of the pasture and water, with beautiful trees scattered about.

The living area, dining, bathroom, and sleeping areas are upstairs and are an open loft. This property is on a dead end road surrounded by privately owned timber tree farm. It has river frontage along the the Roaring River. It has a private picnic area along the river to enjoy the sun and shade during the day.

Our home is located in the prime spot of Keizer where you can grab a burger from IN-N-OUT 5 minutes away, walk to the local high school (McNary) in under 10 minutes, or visit Portland about 35 minutes away. If you rather just stay home, our home provides FREE WIFI, Smart TVs in each bedroom, a full kitchen with a dining room table, and a spacious backyard where you can gather with your friends and family.

This serene property backs up to Abiqua Creek just outside the charming town of Silverton. Enjoy country living at its best five miles from downtown. Peruse the spectacular Oregon Garden or take a hike through the breathtaking Silver Falls State Park while you're here. The property is heavily treed for privacy with wide open spaces and patios in the front and back yards. An orchard out front includes mature apple, pear and plum trees that guests can pick and eat seasonally.

We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minute drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak. Alsea Falls is a 25 minute drive. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minute drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.

Rustic Creekside Cabin

This tranquil hideaway feels like you're in the middle of the forest, but is just minutes from Portland. Relax next to the burbling creek surrounded by towering cedar trees. The MAX Orange line and downtown Milwaukie are only five minutes away. Built in 1928, the cabin has one bedroom and bathroom, living room, full kitchen and central heat. The bedroom has one queen bed and an en suite bathroom. There is a pull-out queen futon in the living room.
