In prima fila vista mare, l'appartamento al piano terra è dotato di patio per pranzare all'esterno, sdraio per prendere il sole in giardino e doccia per rinfrescarsi all'aperto. L'interno è composto da cucina con angolo cottura, camera matrimoniale, cameretta con letto a castello e bagno con doccia; recentemente ristrutturato con arredo di pregio, dispone di climatizzatore, lavatrice e lavastoviglie. A pochi passi si è serviti da vari esercizi commerciali e ovviamente, da incantevoli spiagge.

Il patio privato si affaccia su un tranquillo giardino, ideale per colazioni all’aperto o rilassarsi dopo una giornata tra Cala Brandinchi e Lu Impostu.
