Come stay in Marsh-Mellow! Walk 1,000 feet to Seabrook Beach, our hidden gem!! After a beach day, stroll back to relax on the balcony overlooking an ever-changing estuary. Watch sunsets and fireworks. The condo sleeps up to 3 adults with a queen size Murphy bed and full sleeper sofa. 43" Smart TV, WiFi, fully-appointed kitchenette, central AC, hair dryer, beach cart & 2 chairs. Walk to amazing restaurants steps away. Our goal is for you to have an amazing time on the New Hampshire Seacoast!

Beach House

Our comfortable accessory apartment is a short 5 minute walk to the beach or to the center of the Salisbury Beach business district where guests can enjoy a stroll on the newly refurbished boardwalk or visit the shops, arcades or view fireworks every Saturday night in the summer. Guests may walk to the Blue Ocean Music Hall or take a quick 2 mile drive or bike ride into the State Reservation, to our favorite place to spot seals at low tide. There are also facilities, beach and a playground.

Oceanfront Retreat

Seacoast, NH’s popularity is well-earned, with museums, the finest restaurants, spas and shopping that blend perfectly with the Seacoast landscape. From our beautiful beaches and coastline combined with plentiful outdoor recreation, including fishing and whale watching, kite flying and more with Portsmouth, Rye, Exeter and Kittery Maine, all a short ride our beachfront condo has something for all. After a day of outdoor activity and exploring, come retire and rest in our place with a view.

Ipswich Apartment

The apartment, with a private entrance is located in downtown Ipswich. We are within walking distance to restaurants and the commuter rail, which services Salem, Boston etc. May - September, the CATA shuttle stops at the commuter rail station, a 3 minute walk. Some CATA services include Cranes Beach, and the town of Essex (famous for its clams and antique shops). You can also enjoy a river cruise down the Essex River there. Kayaking, canoeing, and fishing are also available in Ipswich.

Sweet Beach Studio

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Enjoy your morning coffee sitting on the private deck overlooking the salt marsh and Blackwater River. This cozy studio offers everything you need for a beach getaway. With only a five minute walk to beautiful Seabrook Beach, you will be able to enjoy it at your leisure. Free parking on premises and a beach cart to bring chairs and towels. Close proximity to great restaurants as well as all that Hampton Beach and Salisbury have to offer.
