My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

The oceanfront beachfront penthouse is perfect for friends & family retreat, romantic getaway, long staycation or remote work. It features open concept living, cathedral ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and private deck overlooking everything. Enjoy the ocean views, sunrises & sunsets from the unit and walk down right onto the sand. Almost every room has a view of the ocean during the day and has built in skylight giving you view of the stars in the night and quiet enough to hear ocean waves.

Beach House

Our comfortable accessory apartment is a short 5 minute walk to the beach or to the center of the Salisbury Beach business district where guests can enjoy a stroll on the newly refurbished boardwalk or visit the shops, arcades or view fireworks every Saturday night in the summer. Guests may walk to the Blue Ocean Music Hall or take a quick 2 mile drive or bike ride into the State Reservation, to our favorite place to spot seals at low tide. There are also facilities, beach and a playground.

Seacoast Getaway

Seacoast, NH’s popularity is well-earned, with museums, the finest restaurants, spas and shopping that blend perfectly with the Seacoast landscape. From our beautiful beaches and coastline combined with plentiful outdoor recreation, including fishing and whale watching, kite flying and more with Portsmouth, Rye, Exeter and Kittery Maine, all a short ride our beachfront condo has something for all. After a day of outdoor activity and exploring, come retire and rest in our place with a view.

Located at the Island Section of the beach steps from the ocean and a short walk to the Boardwalk. It is a 2-bedroom cottage for a maximum of 4 guests with 2 parking spaces. Included with your rental are bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. The owners occupy this property and are easily available. Come stay in the BEACH ESCAPE! Walk 1,000 feet to Seabrook Beach in New Hampshire. After a day at the beach, come back to relax on the balcony overlooking the marsh, watch the sunsets and fireworks. The condo sleeps up to 3-4 people with a full sized bed and full sleeper sofa, TV, WiFi, kitchenette, central AC, and 2 chairs. Walk to amazing restaurants steps away. Our goal is for you to have an amazing time on the New Hampshire Seacoast! We have a check in time of 2PM.
