The Cottage at Providence Ranch

Cozy and peaceful, the Cottage at Providence Ranch & Homestead provides a perfect retreat overlooking Idaho's scenic Camas Prairie. The home sits a half mile off a gravel county road, with only a few neighbors in sight. If disconnecting and quiet are appealing, you'll love this spot! The studio-like home has all the basics for a short or extended stay: kitchen with full-size fridge, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker; bathroom with all the necessities; and full-size washing machine and dryer.

Bitterroot Paradise 1 BR Guesthouse

This guesthouse is located on 12 acres on the old Chief Joseph Ranch. Stunning views of the Sapphires to the east and the Bitterroots to the west. Perfect for a couple, or a couple with up to 2 small children. I will decline requests for more than 2 adults. Pets are welcome. The guesthouse is located above the separate garage. There is a sauna in the garage. Great flyfishing in 10 minutes, 30 mins to Lost Trail Ski area. Elk, deer and turkey usually present. Take it easy at a tranquil getaway.

Cabin 3 at Woolley's Rendezvous

This rustic studio cabin is conveniently located at the Bridge Street Grill in Lower Stanley, right on Highway 75 at the mouth of Nip and Tuck Canyon. In the summers, you will have access to public lands across HWY 75 via foot, bike or our rental ATVs and our river front restaurant! In the winters, don't forget the snow shoes, nordic/backcountry skis or a snowmobile for a pristine get away to the Sawtooths or White Clouds! Cabin itself is not river front, access can be found up or downstream.

Cozy Downtown McCall cottage near Payette Lake

Downtown cozy cottage is the ideal McCall retreat! Just blocks to Payette Lake, parks, restaurants, shops, beach and marina. Private setting surrounded by Aspen tress and across the street from the Payette National Forest ranger station for maps, info. and more. Only 15-20 minute drive to Brundage Mountain Resort to experience some of the best skiing / snowboarding in "Best snow in Idaho" or mountain biking in the summer! Our studio cottage is perfect for couples or solo adventurers too.

The Meadowood Hangout

Relax and make memories at this unique family-friendly place. We are near Brundage MTN. We are close to both downtown McCall and Payette Lake. We have SLED and ATV/UTV direct trail access right from our property. We also have room for you to park your sled trailer, ATV/UTV trailer or boat trailer. The Hangout is just minutes away from all three Bear Basin trail heads. Bear Basin is where you can ride a wide variety of amazing bike trails or explore a truly majestic winter wonderland.

Million dollar view of Salmon River Valley

The guest house is nestled on a hillside overlooking the Salmon River, Hammer Creek Park and public boat launch. It’s a one hour drive to Hells Canyon boat launch at Pittsburg Landing on the Snake River. Both areas are great for boating, rafting, and fishing. This studio guest house comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen sized bed, comfortable pull out couch, and separate full bathroom & shower. The unit also has a kitchen and private deck to enjoy the wildlife and million dollar view!

Meander down to the Middlefork of the Payette River where there is a private beach & swimming hole. Great place to inner tube in the summer months. The bedroom boasts custom king size log bed & furniture. Fully equipped kitchen, free Wifi, & Roku flat screen TV. Access to hot tub & wood burning sauna to end out your day.

Mountain Modern

This brand new one bedroom 600 sf walkout basement guest space with it’s own private entry is perfect for two people but roomy enough for four. The second bed is a fold out mattress,"see photos". We are 5 minutes from Tamarack and a quick walk to Lake Cascade where you can enjoy kayaking, canoeing, boating or paddle boarding. You can rent any of these at the Tamarack marina. Tamarack is a four seasons resort that offers skiing, mountain biking, golfing, spa services and dining.

Salmon River Cottage Lookout

The Salmon River Cottage Lookout a cozy escape perched above the stunning Salmon River. This peaceful hideaway offers breathtaking views right from your doorstep. This space sleeps two with a queen bed. However it does have a loveseat sleeper in the living room. It is a very Peaceful and quiet place. Beach access to Hammer Creek CG is just a 15 min. drive. The covered deck has a red fir bar and two bar stools to enjoy the fabulous view. No Pets! 2 night min. On Holidays!

Rustic-modern guesthouse on our working homestead, just 5 mins from Goldbug Hot Springs. Cozy studio with queen bed, full bath, and kitchenette. Enjoy free-range chickens, bunnies, horses & big mountain views. Pet- and UTV-friendly! Yard is cleaned daily, but wind & weather may bring fallen fruit, feathers & farm charm. Parking before the coop only, please! This is a real, lively Idaho farm stay—peaceful, playful & full of heart.

Come enjoy peaceful country living on our 14-acre mini ranch. The upstairs guest house includes a master suite with a private bathroom, beautiful views of Carmen Valley, large windows for natural light, and vaulted ceilings. Due to large animals and a second-story balcony, this property isn’t suitable for young children. However, non-walking infants may be accepted with prior arrangement at booking. No pets allowed.
