The Cottage at Arrandale Farms

Nestled in the NW valley in the city of Phoenix, amongst the bustle of a sprawling metropolis there is a two-acre farm. It is a place of serenity, where time has no meaning, & nature flourishes. This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience. The Tiny House - AKA "Tree House"

The Tree House / Tiny House is our 200 sq ft guest house, nestled in our private primary residence back yard. This little house has everything you'll need for a short stay. The DOUBLE bed turns into couch. Small Fridge, burner, microwave, coffee maker & other essentials. private toilet and shower (no bathtub). Walking distance to L.O.S.T. Trail which connects to the Arizona Trail, walking distance to bridge that leads to main street and access to wifi, grill, hot tub and private parking.

This charming private cottage in the cool Payson pines is perfect for your mountain getaway! You'll be able to relax and unplug in this quiet neighborhood that feels secluded -but is close to everything in town. Wake up to beautiful mountain views (and maybe even grazing elk!) from your private backyard. Climbing the hill is at your own risk. Flexible studio layout with queen bed, pull-out sofa, bathroom, desk, and full kitchen! Massive driveway can accommodate 3+ cars or even boats/RVs.

Tiny House Farm Experience Next to Desert Hiking

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Nestled on two sides by Desert preserve with hiking and equine trails . It’s a few miles from N Phx fine dining and shopping. Our 1.3 acre mini urban ranch makes you feel far from the city with beautiful views . We have farm critters to meet with your host. Fresh eggs provided . Owner on site, but you will have small home to yourself. The toilet is an odorless compost type toilet but does not require guests to clean or handle waste.

You won't be roughing it when you stay at our charming rock covered chalet located on two acres with fabulous views.
