Rosie's Studio

Rosie's Studio is a very special place decorated with original paintings by the late Salt Spring Island artist - Rosemaria Behncke. This large, unique cottage/studio is situated on a 25 acre farm in the peaceful south end of beautiful Saltspring Island, close to parks, beaches, Fulford Shops and the Ferry Terminal. Relax in this quiet pastoral setting and enjoy the sweep of the ocean out to volcanic Mount Baker. We welcome families with children and pets. Update: Emily the duck has passed.

Salt Spring Gite

Our "gite" is a self-contained 2 bedroom cottage in the most beautiful part of Salt Spring, the south eastern tip, near Ruckle Park. From our cottage, you can walk to this historic working farm and park, explore its forested trails, and then head to the many beach areas a short distance away. Visit farm stands and take the Studio Tour. Take a dip in one of many lakes. Climb Maxwell Mountain or stroll through the Saturday Market and other unique shops. Salt Spring is a true one of a kind.

Welcome to our bright new studio space. Come and enjoy this unique and tranquil getaway looking over the ocean to a stunning view of Mount Baker. The suite is self -contained with a private entrance and deck. This is a wonderful location for discovering the many things the island has to offer including markets, vineyards, brewery, galleries, studio tour, dining, hiking and kayaking. A Scandinavian cabin nestled amongst a lush landscape filled with willow trees, an orchard and multiple nearby beaches. GALLERY B&B SUITE

A quiet and sunny suite with a private entrance, within walking distance of Ganges. It accommodates 2 comfortably with full kitchen , dining table, spacious bathroom with shower, queen size bed with reading lights, and a private patio with BBQ. Breakfast makings are provided - fresh organic wood-fired naturally-leavened sourdough bread from Francis Bread, also butter, jam, eggs, milk, coffee and tea.

Our home is spacious with very high ceilings and windows and yet feels cozy and inviting. We are on very private 6 acres, with a lot of forest and a spectacular area that opens at the the water with 2 lovely beaches and a dock to hang out on.
