This is a quiet upstairs room with quality craftsmanship. The woodworking and pine flooring give it warmth and coziness with a cabin feel. Tile work at the fireplace and in the bathroom contribute to the room’s unique design. Because we are ten minutes from public access to Lake Murray, we have plenty of parking and turn-around space for your trailer and boat. Also, for those traveling with friends or more persons in your party, a similar well equipped room is directly below this room.

This waterfront home has something for everyone with 270-degree big waters views, a private dock and a boat ramp. Two separate living areas, a family room upstairs and a game room downstairs allow for different activities at the same time. Exterior Security Cameras are in place on the driveway and shop exterior.
