De wandel - en fietspaden starten bij de voordeur. De skigebieden van Zell am See, de gletsjer van Kaprun(okt. t/m mei) Saalbach-Hinterglemm en Kitzbühel zijn snel te bereiken. Piesendorf zelf heeft ook een klein skigebied. Ideaal om te rodelen en voor kinderen. De golfbanen van Zell am See, Mittersill en Saalfelden liggen ook op korte afstand.

Located in the small idyllic town Walchen, with cows, fruit trees and its own small ski slope the Nagelköpfl for skiing and fun winter activities. Drive in 5 minutes to Kaprun or 10 minutes to Zell am See for skiing or use as your base for all the other activities.

The Adventure Bavaria Burg Villa is situated just below the 12th Century Auerburg Ruins, in fact the trail to the top starts right from the front doorstep. The Burg Villa is actually the combination of the Burg Loft & Burg Apartment, ideal for larger groups staying together.
