A beautiful beach front house location which is about 400m from the center of kokkari.Front view beach and back view mountain.Also close by you will find the well known beaches of kokkari.There are many shops available near by(mini market,caffe's,taverns etc).It has a nice natural sea breeze,a cosy attic with a view of both above( aegean sea and mountain's).The home is also provided with a big bbq area surrounded by greenery.Any other information we would be happy to assist you in any inquiries.

Blue Garden 3

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Mamma Mia ❤

This private deluxe studio is located on the ground floor with a lovely sitting backyard surounded with flowers and fruit trees. Within few steps/seconds you are at the main square of Kokkari village, the port, beaches, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, Pharmacy, grocery shops, backery shop, rental cars, motorbikes, scooters, ATM machines, a bus stop and free parking places. It was renovated in 2020 and is designed in a traditional - modern taste. The architecture is unique and natural.

Unique property sits on a small rock surrounded by sea. Perfect for couples, small groups of friends and families, fully equipped with kitchen, washer/dryer. Tourism here is laid back. The island itself has plenty to explore, excellent hiking through picturesque mountain villages, ancient ruins, museums, galleries and day trips to Turkey -not to mention the stunning beaches. Loukoulos' Green maisonette

The traditional colourful house is located over a cliff, which provides it with an excellent seaview. The surrounding green garden is commoned with two other houses. Getting down the cliff through our stairs will get you in the main sandy beach of Votsalakia village. So you could be swimming in two minutes, after you wake up. Very close to us is the down town of Votsalakia village(0.7km). Furthermore many beautiful beaches are closer than 1km.

This is a cosy small studio with a beautiful view to the beach. It has everything a guest needs such as an air condition and appliances, cupboards, wardrobe, small bathroom with a window, a desk, chairs and a double bed .
