Πρόκειται για ένα πολύ άνετο, παραδοσιακό σπίτι με σοφίτα που βρίσκεται στο γραφικό χωριό Πέρα Μέλανα Αρκαδίας, 7 χιλ μετά τον Τυρό και 11 χιλ πριν το Λεωνίδιο, καθώς οδηγείτε στην Εθνική οδό Άστρους - Λεωνιδίου. Κατά τη διαμονή σας θα βρείτε ό, τι χρειάζεστε για μια τέλεια ξεκούραση είτε με φίλους, είτε με την οικογένειά σας. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά του χωριού και έχει μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με απεριόριστη θέα. Για πρωϊνό προσφέρονται ντόπια προϊόντα όπως μέλι, τσάι, φρέσκα αυγά κ.α

My house is located in Pragmatefti, a village between Leonidio and Tyros. It is built in a quiet location, but with easy access especially by car, for which free parking is provided. The hand-carved stone from which is built the house will immediately attract your attention, giving the impression of an imposing building. The traditional is harmoniously combined with the modern and in combination with the dazzling view of the Myrtos Sea it gives you the impression that you are on an island.

Traditional house providing plenty modern necessities. At the peaceful Upper Tyros village. This traditional Greek stone house is nestled in a garden of olive trees and flowers. It lies three walking minutes from the solitary beach of the Aegean sea, with crystal clear blue water. Swimming and diving here is possible until December. The house has a big terrace with a beautiful view to the sea as well as a private pool which is nestled into a flower garden. The house is on the 1st floor of an old mansion, recently renovated and located in the Old Harbor just 20m from the sea. It offers wonderful sea view. Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.

It's situated 3-3,5 hours from Athens airport and it's easier to have a car.

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture.
