It’s a beautiful 2-story home that we’ve equipped for long visits with our friends and family, so you will enjoy comforts that aren't found at any commercial property. We have amenities for infants and toddlers, and a kitchen and dining space that can handle a full New Year's meal! And set next to a quiet mountain stream, it's easy to forget you're a 10-minute walk from the nearest lift and shops (Crystal, working both summer and winter).

We are located in the spectacular village of Patara Mitarbi, 23 km away from Borjomi. Currently, the road from the town of Kimotesubani is closed, therefore you have to come through Bakuriani. Our facility is in the middle of the breathtaking Lesser Caucasus Mountains and has spectacular views of nature.
