I am always available by text or phone. I do live in the main house on the property and can be reached in person if arranged. In addition to walking to many restaurants and attractions, there are bike rentals through Uber Jump bikes and scooters from an assortment of companies, as well as, short Uber and Lyft rides.

Small Cozy Guest house, great location if you are visiting downtown San Antonio River walk. It is within 3 mile distance, a short Uber ride anywhere in town including Fort Sam Houston. San Antonio is one of the oldest cities in the U.S with no doubt very beautiful. A lot of the neighborhoods surrounding downtown are not fully developed, there is a lot of restoration going on. If you are looking into staying a more modern/new area, this might not be what your are looking for. Great price/location
