Well-behaved pets are welcome, with an added fee ($100.00 Mx per dog per day, due on arrival). The town of Aticama is only 5 Minutes by car. There is OXXO and Restaurant within walking distance. Enjoy the beautiful gardens, the palapa, and the direct beachfront access — throughout your stay !!

Es un departamento acogedor. Se encuentra ubicado en el corazón de San Blas, a solo unos pasos de la plaza principal. Aquí podrás encontrar mucha vida tanto de día como de noche. El lugar esta lleno de restaurantes, bares, tiendas y atracciones turísticas. El departamento esta alrededor de medio kilometro de distancia de la playa. Es fácil recorrer caminando o en bicicleta. It'a a cozy apartment. Located in the hearth of San Blas. A few steps from the main plaza and half a KM from the beach.

If you want more ambiance there are ramadas a short walking distance away where you can enjoy the delicious seafood or a coconut on the beach.

The house is located on a quiet street about a 10 minute walk to Matanchen Beach, one of the longest and sandiest beaches in the area. The ocean view pool is private, as is the whole house. Aticama is the little fishing town where the house is located, and stores and restaurants are within walking distance. A car is recommended as you will have increased mobility during your stay.
