"Casa Mar" is a unique Mexican style home with arched doorways, locally made floor tiles and woodwork throughout, and modern with all amenities. The ocean view upon entering the house takes your breath away. All three bedrooms have king- size beds and bathrooms with walk-in showers. The terraces offer seclusion for sunbathing and relaxing in the hot tub. Enjoy three outdoor dining areas including the rooftop. The lower terrace has a bar and king bed for a great afternoon siesta.

Casita 3 (2 Bedroom, 2 Bath)

Casa de Altman is a boutique property located in the Bahia on the waterfront, where guests can relax by the water's edge, take off in a kayak to explore the shores, swim in the pool, kayak, or simply watch the sunset from one of the many palapas. "Casita 3" offers an immaculate two bedroom lower level space with a kitchenette, living room with a sofa sleeper, a 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a bath, with a master bedroom featuring a king bed and private bathroom.

Casa Bellavista

Casa Bellavista hosts one of the best views in San Carlos. Oceanfront with steps to the Sea of Cortez. Best location to stay if you enjoy snorkeling, kayaking, or simply relaxing and staring out into the beautiful ocean below. The private patio allows you to observe the wildlife and yachts as they depart and return to the Marina. Beautiful newly constructed rooftop terrace makes the perfect place for having a drink or enjoying a meal cooked on the grill.

Playa blanca condo-hotel es un lugar exclusivo frente a la playa y con una vista espectacular del mar de Cortez. El condominio se encuentra en el piso 7, con vista a la piscina y al mar. Se cuenta con un reglamento para garantizar una sana convivencia durante su estancia. Contamos con gimnasio, alberca, 4 jacuzzis en área común, jardines, 2 asadores, camastros, terrazas comunes, bar, tienda en la planta baja, cancha de tenis y amplio estacionamiento

Es perfecto para una escapada de fin de semana para una pareja que quiere disfrutar la playa y los atardeceres sobre el majestuoso Tetakawi.

Casita "Custó" muy cerca del mar

Casita "Custó" (Cousteau), es completamente nueva y tiene una ubicación céntrica, pero tranquila. Tiene acceso libre a la playa a menos de 200 pasos, además de restaurantes, cafeterías y bares. No se requiere carro para disfrutar de los alrededores caminando. La casita es completamente nueva (2024) y lista para disfrutarse. La alberca ya está disponible! por el momento la alberca no cuenta con caldera :)
