Light, airy and super quiet, it's only about a 8- minute walk to the beach and pier and to the heart of downtown-Del Mar street where you'll find charming shops, restaurants, outdoor cafés, farmer's markets & art fairs. This cozy beach cottage sleeps four and has a private deck in the front and outdoor living space out back where you can relax in either space by a fire. It is also PET FRIENDLY (w/restrictions).

Garden Cottage Casita

Garden Cottage at the Green is a perfect place designed especially for the enjoyment of its unique, award-winning gardens, proximity to the beach and fresh coastal breezes. This exclusive retreat offers complete seclusion and privacy while still offering intimate and warm hospitality. Dogs are allowed at an additional cost of $30/day /per pet which be paid on site. We don't accept cats. We can provide other services such as laundry for an additional cost.

Great 2 bedroom 2 bath, beach cottage with a modern contemporary flare. Open concept to allow a spacious feel with all the amenities to feel at home. This unit was completely gutted and redone, so any reviews prior to May 2022 were about the older unit prior to the major remodel.
